I've often heard that to win the war you have to win the "hearts and minds".
What does this mean to you?

    It means you have to conquer both the spiritual/emotional aspects and the logical/thinking ones to win the war. I agree here.

    "How can you win the hearts and minds of the heartless and the mindless?"
