My heartfelt appreciation goes to Indian Chris, the owner/moderator of the "Wednesday Hero" website. His weekly dedication of presenting the faces and stories of these heroes, is a valuable service to all his readers. May the readership and blogs who post, grow over the next year. This valuable service keeps these men and women, in the forefront of our thoughts and prayers.
Happy Second Anniversary, Wednesday Hero!
Job well done!

I am so thankful to Indian Chris for Wednesday Heroes. I agree with pops They should NEVER be forgotten. I have enjoyed reading your blog, I started back at the beginning and worked my way up to this post.
Have a great night and please tell John that this Soldier's mom says Thank you.
Thank you to Indian Chris for this site and to your son and all the men and women who protect our country.
My cousin has recently been deployed to Kyrgyzstan. She served in the Air Force for years. Since leaving she has been in the reserves and also works as a civilian as an accountant for the Air Force. Being in the reserves we knew she would probably be called upon. Though she will not be in a combat zone she is leaving her husband and three sons behind. We will miss seeing her at Christmas, but are grateful for her patriotism.
Take care and don't forget to visit me next week for my give-away.
Toodles~
