AM,

Merry Christmas to you and yours. I hope you had a wonderful day.

So sorry I haven't been around much lately. Hubby had a stroke the end of September and I haven't been online as much since then.

Please let me know if you received your Pay It Forward gift.

Blessings,
Mary

Thank you for this site or blog, I should say. This is the first visit. I found out about it in the Gazette a few months ago.
I also am an airman's mom. My son just graduated tech school (Lackland SF), is home on leave for the first time and reports to his permanent duty station on Monday (Offutt AFB). It's been great having him home again.
I decided to check out this blog because I want to help support our troops as well, and their families.
I have some ideas I'd like to share with any of you who are interested.
I'm also finding this site very helpful on showing how to get involved in mailing cards, care items, etc.
Thank you for being open and sharing about your cousin. I will pray for the Lord to give your family strength and peace in this difficult situation.
I look forward to visiting here more.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas.
Keri

keri...my heartfelt gratitude to your son, as he protects our nation. I will be your prayer warrior, it's not easy to be a mom of a warrior. We feel scared, but stay strong. It's just what we do, who we are. You are now a member of a sisterhood...stay strong and pray hard.
