As we walk through the aisles of our local grocery store and favorite bakery...let's not forget how our soldiers receive their food and water.
May Almighty God Bless each and every Airman, Soldier, Sailor and Marine!

coffeypot...thanks for stopping by, honestly I had not considered Waffle House being a place to be missed ;)
thanks for that...I didn't realize it was air dropped in...
guess I figured it came in the brown UPS truck 3 times a day donchaknow....
mightymom...sadly, some of these drops end up buried deep in the sand. Enjoy your Thursday!
Wow...awesome post...you feel like guest blogging for me anytime and you name it !!! ....I was cranky today eh ? lol...great stuff your writing here. I'll be referring to it. In some small way on my blog I just want people to know we New Yorkers are surviving, and yet there is so much forgotten about our soldiers...I give them rides all the time , they are the reason I can drive freely while people shop !
I was so dismayed to read on tankerbabe's site that when she mails packages to Iraq, customers comment about how they did not know troops were still in the sand! Yikes. This healthcare debate is sucking all the oxygen out of the news. Can't wait to see what Mudpuppy says about it all once he has been back a few weeks. can you?
Mom,
I agree with you. Not a big Waffle House fan. They're like a gas station bathroom that serves waffles.
Now Denny's? A Grandslam at 1 AM. That's Heaven. ;-)
Us "straight legs" say: Why would anyone jump out of a perfectly good airplane?
king...I thank you so very much for stopping by! a special thank you for moving our soldiers around safely in NYC! You Rock!
AM,
Thanks for reminding us that we are blessed. God bless all of our military personnel.
Blessings,
Mary
joyce...I too am disturbed that we are seeing record numbers of casualties in Afghanistan and there is no coverage.
Sad, very sad!
daniel...I'll agree that Denny's in the middle of the night is a good thing...however, AM is an IHOP fan! Pumpkin Pancake season is coming-YUMMY!
mary...I thank you for reading of our soldiers!!!
