Let's Celebrate a Special Birthday!!!

I've mentioned that I have recently happened upon a Blog titled, Ward57.
David is an Airman who was serving in Afghanistan.
On May 11, 2009 David stepped on a landmine.
His wife is writing the story of his recovery.

PLEASE stop by today and wish David a Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday, David!

Thanks for turning me onto Ward 57; it immediately became the third thing I do everyday (MudPuppy, you, Ward 57) it was a huge reminder of exactly how blessed I am that MudPuppy is leaving Afghanistan (in 4 hours!!!)and coming home the same, but at the same time different, as when he left.

This is the first I've read about Dave - what incredible bravery, both in battle and in facing the challenges of recovery. I've added it to my reader. Thanks, AM, as usual, you search out the gold and share it with us!
